Well its not so simple thousands of jobs but which one? its amazing how many jobs are advertised…i was astounded..and we still have unemployment in the UK? Why?

If you are not in the UK look into it before you come..it may seem a land of gold but its not that simple. never the less the IT sector does have skills shortages which could be met from people from overseas.

How Life Changes?

just been surfing the net and find that at my age nothing much changes in life people not (kids) are still doing the same things i did when i was their age…no surprise really..just now it seems funny..that what was so important then seems so trivial now…best advice for teenagers is go with the flow and enjoy just try to stay away from the obvious dangers..i think some people who are in similar situations to me at the same age as they are now should take different decisions but thats cos i have hind sight..so easy to say life is a wonderful thing…it is amazing how you dealt the cards of life..

problems with distance selling

recently i have had the misfortune to come across the distance selling legislation as a consumer.

heres some handy info i found on the subject of distance selling consumer law

web sites using “ticket systems” my advice is copy the ticket and e mail it as well as if your account gets blocked or you lose access to it you lose your proof and record of any transactions or communication about your problem..better still print and retain a copy. my problem is still ongoing and unless i get a satisfactory conclusion i will have to contact trading standards.

for now for legal reasons i will not mention the company involved but its a uk ltd company with offices in Nottingham providing internet hosting services and reseller packages.

its not just offshore companies to beware of its uk ones as well fortunately i can visit these offices and report any undue conduct under english law..a bit more difficult if it was a non uk company.

I will await the out come, if its  not how i wish the solution to end up, i will name the company involved along with a warning to other potential consumers.

Changes to the Blog

Well its almost a year since i started this blog so i thought it was time for a change..so i have changed my theme,hardly ground breaking stuff but well i was getting bored with the old one, also i just discovered vodpod..i will be adding some videos for you to watch.the first one i found was some skiing on Muntele Mic near Borlova..there are some more i am trying to locate the ones i have on para sailing in skis..as soon as i find it i will put it on. now i ve got me firefox add to vod pod button who knows what will appear

Snow on Easter Monday UK !

woke up to snow here in the uk on Easter Monday most unusual dont have a great deal of time now to post much.

but its at least 1″ thick so far got to go and do some work for a while i will be writing some more posts later

Lifes ups n Downs 3 things to do

Well i was going to title it back to Borlova, but this seemed more appropriate. I managed to do my back in again. I am beginning to get sick of how many times my luck just seems to get going so far then bosh something happens to ruin it again. Its not just me in the world with that sort of luck and there are millions of people far worse off than me. It is though frustrating though, i find it also amazing how little the internet does to help that luck too. one would think with all that powerful information at your finger tips it would be a tool to improve your chances in life.in my case i seem to get mis understood,perhaps through my stupidity,assuming people can read my thoughts through my writing style. It has become obvious to me now i need to be a lot more clear and graphic in my style in order to make my points of view fully understood. Like now for instance; today i am flat on my back suffering from a slipped disc, while many people are busy at work,i am jealous off them. All i want to do is the same as everyone and that is earn a decent living and not suffer too much in life.i want to have good health and security for my family. Those people who can sit at a screen and be judgemental of others without knowing much about them in terms of motives actual life and skills or knowledge,principals in life and much more should try too see further than the written word,and perhaps take a little precious time, to try to learn about as person,before becoming judgemental with out all the information to hand, i find in my life conversation and the spoken word to be far more informative, when also combined with body language it is almost all the information we need to make some judgement on a person,no matter for what reason. I guess i am just feeling a bit low today and i find rejection a thing i get less comfortable with as i am getting older,having had to work with it as a sales professional for more than 15 years. I find my self wanting to say some things i would later regret if i encounter  rejection, but more so exclusion. I was recently excluded from a forum on line,for shouting off at one of the moderators, quite rudely i admit.but it was a thing i had been building up for some time and not really expressed well before. I found it difficult to come to terms with…social exclusion i mean, i couldnt understand the concept,but thinking about it, its no different to having a scrap down the pub on a friday and being banned. you just go to a different pub where there are other people. not that i go fighting in pubs it was just an analogy. i think every place should have a stress buster area,where you can rip the heads of teddys, or punch the hell out of a dummy,and communication is the only way to resolve any dispute, exclusion in my mind is too child like, and is only suitable as a very last resort.

I must be more positive in my attitudes, i must not let others or my condition get me down. i must get better at communicating my thoughts in my writing.
