If you are looking for a clubbing or night life experience in Romania then Timisoara is a good place to go it has vibrant night life as most of the town is occupied by students and Italian business men. the club scene is mainly house uk influenced and euro house techno and electro beats. djs are pretty good and clubs very cheap to get in and drinks are cheap to due to a high volume of students. the students come from all over romania so its a bit like a university town in the uk. cafe bars discos fast food all you would expect. romanians do tend to dress smart casual to go clubbing or even just to a bar..dress sense is very Italian Mediterranean influenced and dead smart the girls all wear just as classy clothes but some of them wear nothing much with the same amount of style
if any ones interested in a nightclub experience holiday here more than pleased to help..seeing as both the brits in the village here were pro djs in the uk we think we know a good night out..check our web site for phone numbers and e mails.
any one gong to sibiu feel free to drop us a message
blow n darn it may have to pop back to my home town in the uk just spotted this it looks like the place to be in september

Well i was it seems incorrect about Ibuprofen.. but you do have to buy it from a farmcia chemists..what did surprise me you can buy analgesics from them too over the counter no prescription still i am not arguing relatively cheap to boot 8 ron £1.60 for 30 ibuprofen 400mg and 20 algocalmin metamizol pain killers…cheaper than a prescription in the uk

Well this is where I would like to see any one willing to contribute their experiences on dating a Romanian male or female keep it clean please.. both me and Kev are with Romanian girls..but curious to see how many others out there are dating gorgeous Romanian girls like ours…they are some stunning girls in Romania…I read somewhere recently the ratio is 3 females to each male ? how true that is i dont know but possible i suppose.
I am seeing a lot of interest from the uk recently in the girls here..and lads you dont know what you are missing belive me…no fat drunken slappers here necking down half you weeks wages in WKD blue before she tells you to naff of you wont see her knickers tonight but her mate would take you round the back for a quicky…
All the girls i have met or spoken to in my time here a generally good honest nice family girls…some a bit greedier than others but thats economies for you..the girls here have high standards and a set of moral codes unlike most in the uk who prefer getting blind drunk on a friday and saturday and crying to some stranger they lost their best mate while dripping kebab juice down thier new top they got from next or more often than not primark..
still if its nice girls you want then heres the place

improvisation is the key word here for cooking in any style, just go with what you have got bit like cooking as a single person or student cooking…some real hash up meals… essential ingredients are normally missing and you just have to cook with what you have heres some inspiration for those struggling for a meal i hope some day Gordon Ramsey can see these and maybe use one of them or Jamie Oliver ..i tend to work a bit in the style of Jamie Oliver …coincidently his stuff is popular on Romanian TV right now… so to my first concoction and very tasty too..made a very nice meal which i would be pleased to offer friends.

well they moan a lot but i am talking about some fine wines in the next few months i will be reviewing some of the finest wines in eastern europe well for the average consumer..not vintage wines..too expensive to test these..but every day wines and some cheaper brands unheard of yet.
so this is the first
Vin de Masa (Table Wine) byOstrovit srl i purchased 2 ltrs of a Rose Semi Sweet (Demi Dulce) Cost me 5 ron about £1.00…i dont like rose and i dont like sweet wines but it was a recommended brand by the Cunning shop keeper…keen to get rid of it i suppose….reminds me of arkwright in open all hours…anyway not too bad but it has a burning sensation as you drink it perhaps thats the meths that was added later??? still i will personally avoid this later i will try another select blend.

Well Top Scoop story news worthy of head lines in Romania and Moldavia or Moldova…Zdop si Zdub have just finished a concert on the top of Muntele Mic The roving reporters assistant Kev is currently back stage with the band and will be reporting back in the morning….Who the hell is Zdop Si Zdub…apparently came 6th in the eurovison in let me get this right 2005 or was it 2004?? any way here is the official web site for the band…
Zdop si Zdub
i think one of their songs translates to grandma beats the drums…
normally she’s rinsing her false teeth in the sink or farting and blaming the dog…or doing some menial task like peeling spuds in the kitchen or stirring gallons of mamaliga…
Still i will wait the return of kev our man behind the scenes to give a review of tonights gig on the mountian of muntele mic
other news headlines
Kev Breaks Down in Yellow Lada
Yes i am pleased to report that Kev from Retford actually managed to breakdown in a bright yellow Lada whilst on his way to pick up his pose mobile customised Peugeot 205 with massive sound system and under body blue lights..which he continued in up to the mountain…we will see if the low profile tyres and lowered suspension survive the journey.
Peckham springs in full flow
the spring on kevs land is still providing water so it seems it is a working spring…the water and electric have been taken from the road now so now alls left is build the house….first parts of construction will start after the party…on the mountain..well on Monday probably depends on hangovers…
the spring has attracted a lot of local interest and the whole village now knows its there …i see a business opportunity arising.
Traffic Report: traffic heavy as nearly 2000 people attend the open air concert on top of the mountain traffic constant all day and now all is quiet no incidents to report all traffic moved freely…one breakdown kev in a yellow Lada ran out of petrol just a mile from Borlova and was towed home courtesy of me…just popped this in in case any of kevs mates from the uk in Retford get to see this (snigger) he was overtaking a flock of sheep at the time a bit embarrassing to say the least…time for that to be used at a later date
traffic coming down from the mountains tonight is getting on my chimes i cant sleep…
Weather Report last night heavy thunder today hot and humid tomnight humid tempratures low 26c high 32 c
83% humidity the next few days are forcast to hit above 32 c so outlook hot and sticky………
the stickiest situation since Sticky the Stick insect got caught on a sticky bun. more news and reports on the concert later
